Fitness & Personal Training in Brooklyn

  • We offer three signature group fitness classes as well as personal training and private sessions. Our group fitness classes are Strength & Mobility, Pilates & Conditioning, and Cardio & Stretch. Personal training is available for adults in 30, 45, and 60-minute sessions.

  • We offer three group fitness classes, each with a distinct focus:

    • Strength & Mobility (60 min) — progressive strength building balanced with joint mobility and functional movement.

    • Pilates & Conditioning (50 min) — core strength and spinal alignment work balanced with targeted conditioning.

    • Cardio & Stretch (50 min) — low-impact endurance training that ends with a long grounding stretch.

All three are designed to complement each other. We recommend taking each one once a week for a well-rounded movement practice.

  • We designed each class to target something different while complementing the others. Strength & Mobility builds the foundation. Cardio & Stretch builds endurance and aids recovery. Pilates & Conditioning develops core control and body awareness. Together they create a balanced weekly movement practice that supports everything else you do in and out of the studio.

  • Personal training is available to adults ages 18 and up, welcoming all genders, body types, and fitness levels. Sessions are offered in 30, 45, and 60-minute lengths. Visit our Personal Training page for pricing and availability.
