  • We offer ballet, modern/contemporary, and hip hop dance classes in Brooklyn for kids and adults.

  • Yes. Our dance classes are open to beginners through advanced dancers. No prior experience is required.

  • \We offer dance classes for children & teens ages 3–18 and adult dance classes for all experience levels.

    • Ballet: Comfortable clothing; ballet shoes recommended

    • Contemporary/Modern: Moveable clothing; barefoot or socks

    • Hip Hop: Comfortable clothing and clean sneakers or socks

    **Please bring a water bottle to every class.

  • Please arrive 5 minutes early. Students arriving more than 10 minutes late may not be admitted for safety reasons.

  • Instead of traditional recitals, ESTIA offers twice-yearly in-studio performances, allowing students to share their work without additional recital or costume fees.

  • We offer personal training, pilates mat classes, strength training, mobility work, and functional movement training in Brooklyn. These are offered both in groups & 1-1 sessions.

  • Personal training is available to adults ages 18+, welcoming all genders, body types, and fitness levels.

  • Yes! We offer small group fitness classes including Pilates Mat and Strength & Mobility.

  • Wear comfortable athletic clothing and bring a water bottle.

Scheduling, Payments, & Policies

  • Classes and training sessions can be booked online. We offer single sessions and class packs (5 or 10 sessions).

  • Cancellations require 24 hours’ notice. Late cancellations or no-shows will result in the loss of the session.

  • All purchases are non-refundable.

Private Lessons & Programs

  • Yes. We offer private dance lessons and mentorship sessions for children, teens, and adults.

  • Yes, we have an after-school dance program for Pre-K through Grade 6!
