Our Personal Training sessions take a holistic approach, incorporating strength training, mobility, HIIT, kettlebell work, pilates, yoga, cardio, resistance training, and functionality.
Each session is tailored to meet your body where it is, with the goal of dismantling toxic fitness narratives often found in traditional training and wellness spaces. We prioritize longevity, sustainability, and a healthy balance between challenge and honoring the needs of both the body and mind. Above all, we aim to bring joy and creativity into our training because we believe that is where real growth happens.
Our custom sessions are crafted by the ESTIA founder, incorporating props such as free weights, cable machine, kettlebells, resistance training and mat pilates equipment based on your needs.

30 minute sessions
Our 30-minute sessions are the perfect baseline to get to know your body, your trainer, what works for you, and begin tailoring training sessions to your specific needs.
45 minute sessions
Our 45-minute sessions are more comprehensive, allowing you the time and space to incorporate more intensive, specialized training, spend additional time on technique without feeling rushed, and experience a more holistic workout.
60 minute sessions
The 60-minute sessions are our most full scope, well-rounded training sessions. Our trainer aims to target all areas of the body, creating a detailed training plan that is just right for you, and helping you build confidence through a highly-tailored workout regimen that makes you feel your best.
