Our Training sessions take a holistic approach, incorporating strength training, mobility, HIIT, kettlebell work, pilates, yoga, cardio, resistance training, and functionality.

Each session is tailored to meet your body where it is, with the goal of dismantling toxic fitness narratives often found in traditional training and wellness spaces. We prioritize longevity, sustainability, and a healthy balance between challenge and honoring the needs of both the body and mind. Above all, we aim to bring joy and creativity into our training because we believe that is where real growth happens.

Our custom sessions are crafted by the ESTIA founder, incorporating props such as free weights, kettlebells, resistance bands and mat pilates equipment based on your needs.

Our Personal Training Services

  • Our 30-minute sessions are the perfect baseline to get to know your body, your trainer, what works for you, and begin tailoring training sessions to your specific needs.

  • Our 45-minute sessions are more comprehensive, allowing you the time and space to incorporate more intensive, specialized training, spend additional time on technique without feeling rushed, and experience a more holistic workout.

  • The 60-minute sessions are our most full scope, well-rounded training sessions. Our trainer aims to target all areas of the body, creating a detailed training plan that is just right for you, and helping you build confidence through a highly-tailored workout regimen that makes you feel your best.

  • These sessions are open to all genders, all levels, all body types and physical abilities (18+). You don’t need to have any prior movement background just an itch to move!

  • Then you are in the right place :) During your first session you can let your trainer know of your goals and reasons that bring you into training as well as anything that challenges you about exercising. We will take everything into account and create a plan that meets you exactly where you are and progressively builds in a way that feels comfortable and constructive for you.

  • All bookings are managed through WellnessLiving. Create your account at wellnessliving.com/signup/estia and download the WellnessLiving Achieve app to book sessions and manage your schedule.   • After hearing more about your goals and interests we will build a session utilizing any props we think would be constructive and compatible with your preferences.

    An example of a 30-min session structure could include:

    5min dynamic warmup

    20min strength-building circuit (repeated 3 times)

    5min cool down & stretch

    These are all tailored and adjusted based on all of the information you communicate with us.

  • No worries! Please inform us of the details of your injury and we will make a personal plan to make sure you feel comfortable and still get maximum benefit from your session. We believe in working smarter not harder! 

  • Water bottle and wear any athletic attire you feel comfortable and empowered in!

  • Yes. In addition to personal training we offer three group fitness classes: Strength & Mobility, Pilates & Conditioning, and Cardio & Stretch.

    We also offer adult group dance classes including Ballet, Contemporary, and Hip Hop.

  • Please arrive 5 minutes before your scheduled session time so you can change and get settled. We do have a 10 minute grace period after your session time has started. If after that time window we don’t hear from you we will consider it a no-show and release the session. Session credit cannot be returned back to your account if you miss your appointment.

  • We offer personal training sessions in three lengths. Single sessions are $65 for 30 minutes, $85 for 45 minutes, and $115 for 60 minutes. A 5-session pack is available at 15% off the single rate.
