Strength & Mobility is a 60-minute class designed using a 360° holistic approach to functional training. Expect a full-body workout that blends lightweight strength training with resistance band mobility work to support joint health. The experience feels like a personal training session in a small group setting, with individualized attention and thoughtful modifications throughout. All of our classes don’t require previous movement experience, and this class is designed to support all bodies at every stage.

Pilates & Conditioning is a 50-minute class that combines classical mat Pilates foundations with light resistance training. Using bodyweight, light weights, and bands, this music-driven class focuses on deep core activation, glute strength, and postural control. Expect precision, flow, and intentional movement that builds strength from the inside out. All of our classes don’t require previous movement experience, and this class is designed to support all bodies at every stage.

Cardio & Stretch is a 50-minute class designed for anyone who wants to build cardio endurance without jumping. Through dynamic, low-impact sequences, we elevate the heart rate and improve stamina in a way that feels good and sustainable. The second half of class transitions into an extended full-body stretch to increase flexibility, release tension, soothe the nervous system, and support recovery. All of our classes don’t require previous movement experience, and this class is designed to support all bodies at every stage.

We offer two types of Group Fitness classes:
1) Strength & Mobility taught by our founder
2) Pilates & Conditioning taught by some of our ESTIA instructors.
3) Cardio & Stretch taught by some of our ESTIA instructors.

Each class has a distinct focus: Strength & Mobility builds overall strength and joint health through functional training, Cardio & Stretch improves endurance while prioritizing recovery and flexibility, and Pilates & Conditioning develops core strength and control through precise, technique-driven movement. Together, they create a well-rounded and balanced movement practice. We’ve intentionally designed all three to complement each other, and we recommend taking each one once a week for a grounded regimen that keeps variety exciting.

We provide lots of flexibility to our members by allowing them to use their packages towards ANY of our offerings. This includes any of our Group Fitness Classes (Pilates & Conditioning, Cardio & Stretch, or Strength & Mobility) as well as any dance styles (Ballet, Contemporary or Hip Hop). You can purchase either a 5 or 10 class pack and use it towards any of these classes in your desired frequency and with any of your favorite instructors.

Please arrive 5 minutes before class time. We do have a 5 minute grace period after class has started in order to ensure all students are properly warmed up for their safety. After that time window, you will not be permitted into the class.

Registration closes 30min before the start of each group fitness class.

We have a 24-hour rescheduling and cancellation policy. After that window your class credit will not be returned to your account.
