1) Strength & Mobility (60min)
Our signature Strength & Mobility classes are taught by the ESTIA founder, Lydia. Beginner-friendly, all props are provided by us.
2) Power Pilates Mat & Pilates Sculpt (60min)
Our Pilates mat classes are taught by our ESTIA instructor, Myrtil. They are open to all levels, no previous experience necessary.
Advance reservations are strongly encouraged for all group classes.

Lydia utilizes a holistic, 360° approach incorporating strength training, mobility, HIIT, resistance training, and functionality. No previous experience necessary, we meet everyone where they are in their own movement journeys.
All of our sessions are small and intimate so our members can get very individualized attention.

Myrtil’s Power‍ Pilates Mat classes are rooted in the Classical Pilates method: a precise and intelligent system designed to strengthen the body from the inside out. Blended with breath-work, they bring a strong focus on core, strength, and dynamic flow. You’ll build deep control, improve posture, and feel every muscle working with intention and purpose. They don’t require any previous experience.

Myrtil’s Pilates Sculpt class combines classical mat foundations with versatile strength and resistance work. Using bodyweight, light weights or bands, this music-driven class targets deep core activation, glute strength, and postural control. Expect precision, flow, and intensity, where every movement is intentional and every muscle works with purpose. This class doesn’t require any previous experience.

What is the difference between ESTIA’s Pilates Sculpt & Power Pilates Mat classes?
Choose Power Pilates Mat if you want to:
Focus on classical Pilates technique and breath
Build deep core strength and internal control
Improve posture, alignment, and fluidity
Move through dynamic, bodyweight-only sequences
Choose Pilates Sculpt if you want to:
Add light weights or bands for extra resistance
Strengthen and sculpt the full body, especially glutes and postural muscles
Feel a higher-intensity, strength-forward Pilates experience
Combine precision and flow with muscular endurance work

We offer two types of Group Fitness classes:
1) Strength & Mobility taught by our founder
2) Pilates Mat taught by some of our favorite ESTIA instructors.

Moving your body in a small and personalized group setting. We strive to find the perfect balance between building community and joy within the group while making sure everyone is moving at their own pace and at their level of comfort.

Click on the class you're interested in to book a single session, or explore one of our class packs! Choose a 5- or 10-class pack and pick any classes you'd like on any available day.

We provide lots of flexibility to our members by allowing them to use their packages towards ANY of our offerings. This includes any of our Group Fitness Classes (Pilates Mat or Strength & Mobility) as well as any dance styles (Ballet, Modern or Hip Hop). You can purchase either a 5 or 10 class pack and use it towards any of these classes in your desired frequency and with any of your favorite instructors.

Please arrive 5 minutes before class time. We do have a 10 minute grace period after class has started in order to ensure all students are properly warmed up for their safety. After that time window, you will not be permitted into the class.

Registration closes 1 hour before the start of each group fitness class.
