Level 1 (ages 3–5) focuses on body awareness, emotional self expression, and listening skills through creative movement and play. Students begin associating movement with emotional regulation and social connection while building strength, coordination, and confidence.
Level 2 (ages 6–9) establishes the fundamentals of Ballet and Modern/Contemporary dance through foundational movement patterns, musicality, and the development of strength and flexibility.
Level 3 (ages 10–14) deepens technical training in Ballet, Modern/Contemporary, and Hip Hop while reinforcing strong foundational skills and introducing greater complexity. Students may choose to participate in one, two, or all three styles for this age group, which is encouraged for well rounded development.
Level 4 (ages 14–18) begins pre professional training in Ballet, Modern/Contemporary, or Hip Hop, incorporating advanced movement vocabulary and choreography skills. Students start defining personal dance goals and may inquire about our mentorship programs to prepare for intensives, auditions, or professional dance careers.

At ESTIA, our programming runs in seasons:
Winter: January 4–March 31 (12 weeks)
Spring: April 1–June 30 (13 weeks)
Summer: July 1–September 6 (10 weeks)
Fall: September 7–December 23 (15 weeks)To enroll in any Level class, you can either book a single drop in class or purchase a Season Pack. A Season Pack includes one class credit for each week in the season. For example, the Winter Pack includes 12 class credits.
Once you purchase a Season Pack, you can use those class credits on any dates your Level is offered throughout that season. For example, if Level 2 meets on Mondays, Saturdays, and Sundays, your 12 Winter credits can be used across any combination of those days.
All class credits expire on the last day of each season, so be sure to use them before the season ends.
If you would like to train two or three times per week, you may purchase two or three Season Packs. You will receive 10% off your second and 20% off your third pack with the codes: SECONDPACKAGE or THIRDPACKAGE.
If you have any questions, please email us at info@estiahouseofmovement.com.

Parent Reviews
Lydia is a fantastic ballet teacher; my daughter adores her classes and takes as many as she can. Great personalized corrections and fun music too!
Parent Review
Lydia is equally concerned about the mental and emotional growth and health of her students. Dance is not just an activity or hobby for her students, it’s an art form and a way of life.
Parent Review
Lydia was exactly what we needed. We had a big audition coming up that my daughter was very apprehensive and nervous about. Lydia helped point out all her positives and gave her great insight to what Judges will look for and expect. It gave my daughter a huge boost of confidence that paid off! 100% would recommend.

FAQs
-
All of our classes are designed to offer full flexibility in how often your child attends. Some families choose once a week, others prefer multiple times per week for faster progress, and some join occasionally. All options work within our program.
Each Level introduces new material every week that builds for consistent students, while still standing alone, so children who drop in will never feel behind.
-
Consistency and frequency are key to developing strong dance technique. After age 7, we recommend training at least twice a week. After age 9, students aiming for a pre-professional level should ideally train three to four times per week, allowing them to build technique across different dance styles.
For students looking for even more focused growth, private sessions with our founder offer the opportunity to refine technique, work through specific challenges, prepare audition material, and create a personalized training plan for those pursuing dance more seriously.
-
At ESTIA, all of our teachers are working professional dancers who are actively performing, choreographing, and contributing to the dance community. We believe that we are all lifelong students, and that philosophy is reflected in our faculty’s approach to teaching and learning.
We also strive to create welcoming and empowering spaces that both challenge and inspire our movers. Our classes emphasize commitment, curiosity, and joy, helping each student grow not only as a dancer but as an artist and individual.

For that reason, we offer in studio showings twice/year where our students present themed works with all of the movement vocabulary they learned as well as their own choreography.
