Our Training sessions take a holistic approach, incorporating strength training, mobility, HIIT, kettlebell work, pilates, yoga, cardio, resistance training, and functionality.
Each session is tailored to meet every body in the class where it is, with the goal of dismantling toxic fitness narratives often found in traditional training and wellness spaces. We prioritize longevity, sustainability, and a healthy balance between challenge and honoring the needs of both the body and mind. Above all, we aim to bring joy and creativity into our training because we believe that is where real growth happens.
Our custom sessions are crafted by the ESTIA founder, incorporating props such as free weights, cable machine, kettlebells, resistance training and mat pilates equipment based on your needs.

Our group Strength & Mobility sessions utilize the same holistic, 360° approach of our personal training sessions, incorporating strength training, mobility, HIIT, kettlebell work, pilates, yoga, cardio, resistance training, and functionality, but with all the fun and motivation of working out in a group setting!
