A bright, welcoming space for rehearsals, workshops, auditions, small gatherings, and creative projects.

ESTIA House of Movement is available for your events and celebrations, as well as rehearsals, workshops or auditions. We are located on the ground floor (ADA accessible) with lots of natural light, professional personal training equipment, and a high end sound system. We also have a seating capacity of 25 guests. We have availability for both small and large scale rentals. Fill out the form below to inquire about any upcoming rentals events or interest.

Small scale rentals include:
- Rehearsals or Private Meetings ONLY
- Max 5 people
- No public facing component
- $25/hr
- $20/hr when booking 4+ hours

Large scale rentals need to be pre-approved by the ESTIA team prior to booking. The hourly rate will be determined based on the nature of the event. Please email us at info@estiahouseofmovement.com. Include information about the purpose of the event, how many people will be attending, technical needs, availability etc.

✔ Footwear Policy: Heels and tap shoes are NOT permitted on our floors. Approved footwear includes clean sneakers, ballet shoes, or jazz shoes.
✔ Food & Refreshments: Food and refreshments are allowed, provided all trash is properly disposed of and the space is returned exactly as it was found. Please notify the ESTIA team in advance if you plan to serve food or drinks during your event.
✔ Materials & Props: Glitter, alcohol, and any materials that may stain, damage, or pose a safety risk are not permitted. Please inform us ahead of time if you plan to use any props.
