Rent Our Space
ESTIA House of Movement is available for your events and celebrations, as well as rehearsals, workshops or auditions. We are located on the ground floor (ADA accessible) with lots of natural light, professional personal training equipment, and a high end sound system. We also have a seating capacity of 35 guests. We have availability for both small and large scale rentals. Fill out the form below to inquire about any upcoming rentals events or interest.
SMALL SCALE RENTALS
Small scale rentals include: rehearsals, auditions, conference calls, private trainings, photoshoots with NO public facing component and hosting a maximum of 5 people in the space.
Hourly rate: $25
If you book at least 4-hours, we offer a discounted rental rate of $20/hour.
LARGE SCALE RENTALS
Large scale rentals include: larger rehearsals, auditions, conferences, workshops, birthday/engagement parties, special occasions, showcases, etc.
Large scale rentals need to be pre-approved by the ESTIA team prior to booking. The hourly rate will be determined based on the nature of the event.
