Your instructor will guide the experience from there, making sure everyone feels welcome, comfortable, and ready to move. No dance experience or specific skill level is needed. Every class is adapted to the people in the room so everyone can participate in a way that feels good to them.

Pre-Wedding Celebrations & Bach Parties
Wedding planning can be exciting, but it can also be a lot. Take a break from the planning and reconnect with your body, your people, and the joy of the moment. Move, laugh, celebrate, and make memories together before the big day.
Special Gatherings
Not every celebration needs a specific reason. Sometimes it is a group of people who have not been in the same room in too long, a team that deserves something more than a happy hour, or a moment that simply calls for doing something unexpected together. If you have people you want to gather and a reason to celebrate, we have a space and an instructor ready for you.
Engagement Celebrations
Toast the couple with something more than a glass raised. Move together, laugh together, celebrate together. The news is out and everyone wants to celebrate. Bring your people together to mark the moment with movement, music, and the kind of joy that only happens when everyone you love is in the same room.
Birthdays
Some birthdays call for dinner. Some call for dancing. If the guest of honor is someone who wants to do something they will actually remember, this is it. One hour of movement with their favorite people, followed by time to celebrate, laugh, and stay as long as the moment calls for. No two groups are the same and neither is any experience we host.

FOR ADULTS
Ballet
Precise, grounding, and surprisingly fun in a group setting. Our instructors bring patience and humor to every class. You'll leave standing a little taller and maybe reconnect with the part of you that's always wanted to try ballet but might have been intimidated too. We offer both absolute beginner as well as intermediate levels depending on participants previous experience.
Hip Hop
High energy, great music, and plenty of grooves. Learn a fun combination together and leave with the feeling of everyone moving in sync and having a genuinely good time.
Contemporary Dance
Expressive, free, and completely adaptable to your group. We create choreography around your music and your vibe so the movement feels like you from the very first moment.
Pilates
A feel-good class that builds strength and improves mobility. Challenging enough to feel it, restorative enough to leave everyone energized and ready to celebrate after.
Grounded Stretch & Mobility
Slow down, release tension, and reconnect with your body. Gentle mobility, stretching, and breath work leave everyone feeling spacious, supported, and genuinely refreshed.
YOUR EXPERIENCE
Every experience includes your chosen style, up to 10 guests for fitness classes or up to 12 guests for dance classes, and a dedicated instructor.
The Gathering
1-hr class + 1-hr social time
One hour of instruction followed by one hour of open social time in the studio. A complete experience from start to finish.
The Celebration
1-hr class + 2-hr social time
The same class experience with an extra hour of social time. More music, more room to linger and celebrate at your own pace.
The Full ESTIA Experience
1-hr class + 3-hr social time + DJ
One hour of instruction followed by three hours of social time, with a DJ included to keep the energy going from start to finish.
FOR KIDS
Ballet
An introduction to the magic of ballet in a fun, low-pressure setting. Props, music, and patient instructors make this a favorite for younger groups.
Hip Hop
High energy moves and great music. Kids love learning a combination together and showing off what they picked up by the end of class.
Contemporary Dance
Expressive, creative, and adaptable to any age or energy level. A great choice for groups that want to move freely and have fun.

Every kids experience includes your chosen style, up to 15 guests, and a dedicated instructor.
Little Stars
1-hr class + 1-hr social time
One hour of instruction followed by one hour of celebration time in the studio
Party Moves
1-hr class + 2-hr celebration time
The same great class with an extended celebration period.
The Big Night
1-hr class + 3-hr celebration time
One hour of instruction followed by three hours of celebration time. For the birthday kid who has been waiting for a party like this.

DJ
Bring a DJ into your experience for live music energy throughout the class and social time. Available for The Gathering and The Celebration. Already included in The Full ESTIA Experience.
Bringing Your Own Food or Drinks
You are welcome to bring your own food, drinks, or cake to any experience. A cleaning fee applies to all bookings where outside food or drinks are brought in. Your inquiry confirmation will include full details.
